A five-week rotation designed by our chef and overseen by a registered dietitian, cooked here and served at tables rather than trays. Dietary needs — diabetic, low-sodium, soft-texture, allergies — are accommodated without anyone being handed a different-looking plate. The Bistro is open 24 hours for snacks and drinks, and there's a private dining room families can reserve for a birthday or a Sunday meal.
