Memory Care

A secured neighborhood,
and the same familiar faces

Predictable routines and staff trained specifically in dementia care — inside the same building, with the people who already know your loved one.

You don't have to be certain to call. Most families we help weren't.

The question most families arrive with

Is it time for memory care?

Most families don't arrive here because of memory. They arrive because of safety. If you recognize two or three of these, it's worth a conversation.

  1. 1Wandering, or leaving the house without a plan
  2. 2A stove or faucet left on
  3. 3Medications doubled or missed
  4. 4A fall, or a close call
  5. 5Withdrawing from people they used to enjoy
  6. 6Caregiving is wearing out the family

How the neighborhood works

Secured and monitored

A secured entry means residents can move freely and safely within their own neighborhood — including the walled courtyard — without a family member worrying about the front door.

A predictable routine

Meals, activities, and rest at the same times each day. Consistency reduces agitation more reliably than anything else we do.

Familiar faces

The same caregivers, day after day — and a wall of resident portraits that reminds every staff member who this person has been their whole life.

Purpose-built days

Music programs, sensory activities, chapel services, and time in the walled courtyard beside the waterfall. Activities are shaped around what each resident still enjoys — not around a schedule.

Questions families ask before they call

What does memory care cost here?

Memory care studios are $5,300 to $5,500 a month — one all-inclusive rate covering utilities, Wi-Fi, three chef-prepared meals a day, housekeeping and linens, concierge service, and transportation to medical appointments. Where a resident lands in that range depends on their level of care, and an advisor will give you their exact figure within one business hour.

How do I know it isn’t too early?

Moving before a crisis is almost always easier than moving after one. Families who come early get to make the choice calmly — and residents adjust faster while they can still take part in the decision.

Can they move from assisted living into memory care later?

Yes, and many do. The neighborhood is inside the same building, so the caregivers, the dining room, and the friends stay the same.

Do you accept VA benefits or long-term care insurance?

Many families use VA Aid & Attendance or a long-term care policy toward their monthly rate, and our advisors will walk you through what applies.

What if they refuse to go?

That is the most common thing families tell us, and it is not a reason to wait. Our advisors have helped many families through that exact conversation and can tell you what has worked.

Question 1 of 3
